If it's one thing you excel at, it's keeping secrets. So if a friend confides in you, make sure that you are worthy of their trust no matter how juicy the details are. If you have to tell someone, talk to a pet or a plant, but keep those lips locked otherwise.

Förtroenden är svårt. Jag vill helst inte veta några "juicy details". Inte för att jag inte håller tyst, mina läppar är ju sälar. Men det är inte helt självklart för mig att jag är utvald. Om min "vän" nu avslöjar något om någon annan i förtroende, hur säker är jag på att hon inte för mina förtroenden vidare?
